Strategic Objectives

Teaching and Learning

1. To develop, Maintain, and update curriculum timelines at each grade level in each subject area.
2. To establish a common instructional framework PK-12.
3. To create additional graduation pathways that will lead to student success after high school.
4. To establish a K-8 career framework.
5. To increse the number of students who earn a Core 40 diploma or Higher.

Care

1. To foster an environment that attracts, supports, and retains the quality of teachers and staff of SSC.
2. To foster an environment that attracts, supports, and retains students from within the SSC district and outside the SSC district.
3. To upgrade and maintain our facilities that are clean, safe, and communicate a high level of committment ot our staff and students.

Winning Together

1. To have 100% of our teachers rated as highly effective as determined by the Teacher Evaluation System.
2. To have 100% of our students graduate on time.
3. To increase our enrollment to 1500.
4. To retain 100% of our non-retiree teachers and staff from year to year.
5. To earn and maintain 4-Star School Status for SES, SMS, and SHS.
